Her Words is a creative workshop for women. It will give you the time and tools to use writing to process your emotions and explore your thoughts. Guided expressive writing activities designed to allow you the space and time for yourself. No writing skill needed, no ability to spell and no requirement to share.
Writing for Well-being has been proven to ease the effects of trauma, improve mental and emotional health and boost the immune system. Anyone can do it; ages 17-117 welcome. All activities will be provided; just bring your favourite notebook and pen! Limited spaces.
