Shipping & Returns
We aim to process and dispatch your goods within 1-3 working days. Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to arrive once dispatched. If you require something for next day delivery, please do get in touch to see how we can help. Please let is know as soon as you can if your order does not arrive within the stated time period.
UK Delivery is charged £5. Orders over £50 are exempt from a delivery charge.
Once the goods have been dispatched and are on their way to you, we are unable to take full responsibility for your purchased good. It is the responsibility of the courier to deliver your order safely and on time.
For international shipping, please get in touch and we can calculate the postage costs for you. Please email email@example.com with the item details and postal address. However, we are unable to take responsibility for Custom Fee charges if applicable, please ensure you check if such charges apply to your Country.
We want you to be happy with your item, therefore we have a no quibble returns policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your products, you are fully entitled to a product refund up to 14 days from the despatch of goods. In the first instance, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us that you will be returning the product. We do ask that the returned products must be unused, undamaged and complete with original packaging. Used or damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. We are unable to refund any delivery charges associated with the delivery.

If the goods you receive are damaged or broken, we would ask that you photograph the damaged product and send to us via email at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
