Shipping & Returns
We aim to process and dispatch your goods within 1 working day. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive once dispatched. If you require something for next day delivery, please let us know as this can be arranged, there may be an additional charge. You will receive a tracking reference once the item has been dispatched. Please let us know as soon as you can if your order does not arrive within the stated time period.
UK Delivery is charged at £5. Orders over £50 are exempt from a delivery charge.
Once the goods have been dispatched and are on their way to you, we are unable to take full responsibility for your purchased goods. It is the responsibility of the delivery service to deliver your order safely and on time.
For international shipping, please get in touch so that we can calculate the applicable postage costs. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the item details and postal address. However, we are unable to take responsibility for Customs Fee charges if applicable, please ensure you check if such charges apply to your Country.
We want you to be happy with your item, therefore we have a no quibble returns policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your products, you are fully entitled to a product refund up to 14 days from the despatch of goods. In the first instance, please email us at email@example.com to inform us that you will be returning the product. We do ask that the returned products must be unused, undamaged and complete with original packaging. Used or damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. We are unable to refund any delivery charges associated with the delivery.

If the goods you receive are damaged or broken, we would ask that you photograph the damaged product and send to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
