We make every endeavour to ensure the images of the products shown on our website are as accurate as possible . However due to constraints of digital reproduction as well as the handmade nature of some of our products, we cannot guarantee exact depiction and therefore variations may occur.
It remains very important to us, to ensure our products are priced fairly and competitively, however we do reserve the right to change pricing at anytime without notice. In the unlikely event that a product was purchased which has already sold out, we will refund you or suggest an alternative or exchange. Some of our products are handmade and are sourced overseas, therefore we may have to wait up to 8 weeks for the product to be available again. We will of course ensure that you are kept up to date in all such instances.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Shipping options include; Standard delivery (2-3 days) at £3.95, Next working day delivery at £5.95 (Orders placed by 1pm Mon-Fri), Express next 12pm (Orders by 1pm, Mon-Fri), Saturday Delivery (Orders placed by 1pm on a Fri)
Large items, such as mirrors and furniture will be available for collection only or we can deliver within a 10 mile radius for a small fee. Alternatively, we can arrange a courier, with the fee being the responsibility of the purchaser.
All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate. By making a purchase, you specifically authorise Wattle and Daub Home to submit information to the relevant third party for credit card authorisation. All card holders will be checked for validation and authorisation by the issuing credit card or bank. If your card issuer declines authorisation for any reason, Wattle and Daub Home cannot be held liable for any delay in despatch or non-delivery. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) through Stripe, a secure payment system. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. All payments are extremely secure through Stripe. We do not store any sensitive payment information.
Cancellation of Order
We endeavour to despatch all orders within 1-3 working days of the order being made and payment being received, within this time you may cancel your order, providing your goods have not already been despatched. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing by email to email@example.com. If the goods have already been despatched then please follow our returns policy.
